DULCOTEST® sensors for the measurement of free chlorine at higher pH values of up to 9, temperatures of up to 70°C and pressures of up to 8 bar. The new membrane-free amperometric DULCOTEST® type CLO1 and CLO2 sensors extend the range of membrane-covered chlorine sensors to include the following applications.
The new electronics in the Beta® solenoid metering pump results in increased energy efficiency compared to the predecessor model.
New metering heads comply with the most stringent hygienic requirements. Dependent on required capacity range motor- or solenoid-driven metering pumps will be employed. The proven Sigma motorised metering pumps and delta® diaphragm metering pumps with regulated solenoid drive form the basis of the pumps.
The new control module option extends the delta® range of pumps to become variable-dependent metering pumps.
The motor pumps of the Sigma series are equipped with a patented multilayer safety diaphragm and a visual diaphragm rupture indicator. The multilayer safety diaphragm guarantees that no leakages to the outside occur if the diaphragm ruptures.
ProMinent has added to its range of peristaltic pumps for low, medium and high delivery rates.
The new panel-mounted measuring and control panels DULCOTROL® "Free chlorine – pH-independent" can be used to accurately measure effective chlorine concentrations even with high or fluctuating pH values (unstable pH or pH > 8).
The new measuring and control unit DULCOMETER® Compact for pH and ORP measured variables provides the standard functions required for applications in water treatment plants.
The proportional metering device turboDOS® has been replaced by the proportional metering device ProMatik, with a DIN-compliant water meter replacing the previous turbine meter to improve measuring accuracy at low flow rates.
Lower operating and maintenance costs are only two of the many benefits of the new Dulcodes S UV system. It is a further addition to the existing range and is used specifically for the photochemical degradation of bonded chlorine (chloramine) in the treatment of swimming pool water.
Its lower energy and cooling water consumption and compact design are key features of the new ozone generation plant OZONFILT® OZMa that generates 70 to 245 g of ozone per hour from compressed air or oxygen. The ozone volume can be set reproducibly and independently of voltage and pressure fluctuations.
Safely and cleanly into the future - chlorine dioxide systems Bello Zon® CDVc and CDKc are wired ready for connection and are used for the production, metering and monitoring of 20 to 7,500 g/h of chlorine dioxide. An innovative and completely newly developed reactor concept ensures the efficient production and metering of chlorine dioxide.
Membrane electrolysis systems of the CHLORINSITU® IV compact type are new additions to the range of electrolysis systems CHLORINSITU®. They operate as safe negative pressure systems and are designed to be compact as well as space-saving.
The reverse osmosis systems are equipped with the latest generation of ultra low pressure diaphragms. As a result, the systems achieve maximum permeate output at low operating pressures, thus keeping investment and operating costs low.
