DULCODOS® PPLA

DULCODOS® PPLA (Post Pelleting Liquid Application) by ProMinent serve to apply liquid additives on animal feed after the pelleting step. The plants are designed modularly and constitute complete solutions for storage, decanting, dosing and application of all kinds of additives.
Design of the Plants
The liquid products are stored in a reservoir and conveyed into the daily storage tanks of the dosing station by means of a filling pump. The necessary even dispersion of the additives in the feeding stuff is reached by using water as diluent. One pump is used for the additives, a second for the dilution water. In the mixing station the additives and the water are brought together and mixed by means of static mixer thoroughly. The diluted additives are sprayed on the animal feed through a nozzle.
